Graham's commenced operations in Brisbane in 1992. More than three decades later, the Group supports local service businesses across South East Queensland through two distinct divisions: Graham's Garden Care and Graham's Cleaning Care.

GARDEN CARE
Garden Care operators help customers with lawn mowing, garden maintenance, clean-ups, larger-property work and commercial or body corporate grounds where the local operator has the right capability. The customer relationship stays local, with an established Group behind the operator.

CLEANING CARE
Cleaning Care operators provide domestic, commercial and office cleaning through their own local businesses. Cleaning remains a distinct customer proposition with its own service economics, capacity and territory decisions.

Graham's shares franchise recruitment, governance, operating systems, marketing standards and support infrastructure across the Group. Garden Care and Cleaning Care remain separate where customers, territories, capability and lead ownership need to stay clear.

HOW WE GROW
We recruit where the evidence says another operator can succeed. We value operating fit, customer service and long-term business continuity over simply selling a territory. Opportunities may include a new territory or the transfer or resale of an established Graham's business. Each opportunity is subject to current availability, due diligence, disclosure and agreement terms.

WHAT SUPPORT MEANS
Graham's provides a structured pathway from initial enquiry through fit discussions, onboarding and launch support. The Group is also rolling out RADYS as its operating environment so lead handling, quoting, jobs, communication, administration and performance visibility can become more consistent across the network.
